To be eligible for a return, you must receive a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department. See Refunds and Returns policy below.

Our refund and return policies last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed. If you need to cancel an order, please follow our Returns and Refunds Policies below.

Returns and Refunds

Prior to returning any product to Garreco, a Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued by our Customer Service Department by email at returns@garreco.com. The RA procedure is required for all returns. The RA number must be written on the outside of the returned package to receive credit. All returned material is subject to an additional 15% restocking charge.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and check will be issued and mailed to address provided on the return form.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact returns@garreco.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Damages & Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@garreco.com and send your item to: Garreco, LLC. 430 Hiram Road, Heber Springs, AR, 72543.

Please provide a photo of the damaged product and send to returns@garreco.com when requesting replacement product.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Garreco, LLC. 430 Hiram Road, Heber Springs, AR, 72543.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
